MUC1 Mucin Stabilizes and Activates Hypoxia-Inducible Factor 1 Alpha to Regulate Metabolism in Pancreatic Cancer

Constitutive and Inflammatory Immunopeptidome of Pancreatic β-Cells
Recognition of major histocompatibility complex (MHC)-bound peptides is critical for both the initiation and progression of type 1 diabetes. In this study, MHC peptide complexes were purified from NIT-1 β-cells, interferon-γ-treated NIT-1 cells, splenic and thymic tissue of 12-week-old NOD mice, and peptides identified by mass spectrometry. Beta Cell Nuclear Musculoaponeurotic Fibrosarcoma Oncogene Family A (MafA) Is Deficient in Type 2 Diabetes

Scientists investigated whether a novel glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) gastrin dual agonist, ZP3022, improves glycemic control via improvement of β-cell status in db/db mice. [Diabetes Obes Metab] Abstract

Overexpression of ZAC Impairs Glucose Stimulated Insulin Translation and Secretion in Clonal Pancreatic Beta-Cells

Analysis of Foxo1-Regulated Genes Using Foxo1-Deficient Pancreatic β Cells

Lymphotoxin β Receptor Signaling Promotes Development of Autoimmune Pancreatitis

Involvement of Host Stroma Cells and Tissue Fibrosis in Pancreatic Tumor Development in Transgenic Mice
